My Background
I have been engaged in educational, clinical and consultative work for more than 25 years. I hold an M.Ed in Child Development and Moderate Special Needs from Tufts University and have had post graduate training in neuropsychology and reading disorders/instruction.
My Experience
Since 1990, I have been a Senior Educational Specialist at the Center for Children With Special Needs (CCSN) at Tufts Medical Center in Boston, MA. I have conducted a private practice for the past 5 years. Both my private and clinic work involve formal evaluation of children and adolescents with neurological, developmental, learning and behavioral disorders, and consultation to parents and schools.

About Me
When I'm not working with clients, I am a musician. I teach fiddle and am a member of several bands.
My Services
Evaluation
Expert Evaluation of students with special needs and consultation to their families, schools and other caregivers pertaining to their unique learning needs.
Observation
I observe students in their current or proposed school setting to gather information on how they are responding to their program, or to evaluate the appropriateness of a program to the student's unique learning needs.
Consultation
I provide direct consultation to teaching staff to assess a student's learning needs and assist in implementation of specific interventions.
I provide in-service training in reading and math disabilities, language-based instruction, ADHD and executive function disabilities.
